Stay in touch with video calls
Video call your senior through the RAZ care app. Only selected contacts can place video calls, not the senior.
Text messaging simplified for seniors
Easy-to-use experience with super-large text, big buttons and speech-to-text option. You manage all the settings and control who can text your senior, and who they can text.
Loudspeaker mode & Auto-answer
With the loudspeaker mode, all calls go automatically to the phone's speaker. When Auto-answer is enabled, the phone will answer automatically after a few rings and go to speaker, so you can check if your loved one needs help.
Manage the phone through the RAZ Care caregiver app
RAZ Care app
From your own smartphone, iPhone or Android, you, as a caregiver, can add and edit contacts, manage settings and check the phone's information, such as location, signal strength and battery power.
Manage battery charging
Help your senior keep their phone charged. You can set a reminder for your senior to charge the phone, and they get visual and audio confirmation when it's charging. You can track the battery power and receive a text message when it's low.
Eliminate scam calls
Block any unwanted incoming calls, directly from the RAZ Care app on your own smartphone. You can limit calls to contacts and approved numbers only.
