Please note: If you’re canceling phone service and want to keep your current number, calling is required to ensure a smooth transition.
Prefer to cancel online?
If you purchased on Lively.com, you can cancel your service via a cancellation form. Here's how:

- On your overview dashboard, you'll find a link to the cancellation form.
