Why do I need an account on Lively.com?

By creating an account, you can manage your account in one central place. And with password-protected access, you can log in securely anytime, anywhere. Go to https://www.lively.com/myaccount to get started.

What information do I need to provide to make an account?

To create an account, you'll need to provide the following customer information:

  • Either your Lively phone number or your device serial number
  • Your street number (not your entire address), and
  • Your zip code

You'll also create a password so you can log back in any time.

What can I do on My Account?

My Account lets you manage the following:

  • Create a personal emergency profile, which Urgent Response agents can refer to in case of an emergency. Learn more about the personal emergency profile.
  • View and pay your bill
  • Add or update payment information, including signing up for automatic billing and paperless billing
  • View monthly data, talk, and text usage
  • Change your login email address
  • See which apps and services are in your plan
  • Manage and send invitations to loved ones to follow you on Lively Link app (if you have Urgent Response)
