What is Lively Rides?

Lively and national ridesharing company Lyft are here to provide you with rides so you no longer have to rely on friends and family. Your Lyft driver will use GPS technology to find the quickest routes possible, and all drivers are background-checked and insured, so you can feel good about traveling with us.

Wherever you’re going, we can schedule a ride for you. The ride charge will appear on your monthly Lively bill. There’s no need to tip or carry cash. It’s that simple.

Calling for a ride is as simple as pressing “0” on any Jitterbug phone. Tell your Care Advisor where you’d like to go, and get an estimated arrival time and cost.

If you're a Lively customer, such as if you bought a SIM card kit, you can call us at 800-733-6632 to request a ride.

Enjoy your ride

Once you confirm your ride, a friendly driver will be on the way. You’ll receive a notification when they arrive. Plus, there’s no need to carry cash. The fare will automatically be added to your next monthly bill.

How do I order a ride?

Just press "0" on any Jitterbug phone to request a ride from a live, U.S.-based Care Advisor. There are no apps to download or install. Your Lively Care Advisor will arrange everything, from scheduling your ride to providing an estimated fare and arrival time. If you're a Lively SIM card kit user, call us directly to request a ride.

The cost of your ride will automatically be added to your monthly bill—no need to carry cash.

How do I get back home?

When you're ready to come home, just dial "0" again on your Jitterbug phone (or call us directly from any phone) and your Care Advisor will be happy to arrange for another ride. A car will be sent to your exact location in minutes. Call anytime, from anywhere. It's that easy and convenient.

Who is driving and how do they know where to go?

Through our partnership with Lyft, the trusted, nationwide ride service, you will be connected with a friendly driver who is always background-checked and insured. Vehicles are regularly inspected for safety, so you can ride with confidence.

Once you’ve given your location and destination to the Care Advisor, this information will be passed on to your driver. Using GPS technology, the driver will know the quickest route to where you are and where you want to go.

Where is Lively Rides available?

Lively Rides is currently available wherever the Lyft service operates. You must currently be a Jitterbug phone or Lively SIM card kit user. Simply dial “0” on your Jitterbug phone (or call us directly from any phone) and Lively Care Advisors can confirm specific locations when booking a ride.
