Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.   If you have activated your device we will refund the activation fee, the first month's service charge, the cost of the phone/device, plus applicable taxes, less the restocking fee, if you:

  • Have not exceeded any Phone Usage Limitation (defined below); and
  • Return the phone/device in "like new" condition, as determined by Lively, in the original box with all components and materials

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I keep my existing phone number when I switch to Lively?

Yes, you can keep your current phone number when you switch to Lively from another wireless provider. When you transfer your service, you’ll have the option to move (or “port”) your existing number to your new Lively phone. Phone number availability depends on approval from your current carrier and number eligibility.

If you purchase your phone on shop.lively.com, you’ll receive instructions to complete the transfer during checkout. If you purchase in a retail store, you can complete the transfer during activation. Once the transfer is complete, you’ll be able to use your phone with your existing number.
