Activate your device
To start using your Lively device and service you'll need to activate and choose your monthly plan. You can activate in two ways.
1. Activate online
Activate your device online. It just takes a few minutes.
2. Call to activate
Our friendly agents are here to help! Call our Retail Activations team at 800-397-0588 to activate.
Prior to calling, be sure to have your device IMEI and SIM ICCID on hand. The IMEI is a unique, 15-digit number. You can find the IMEI by entering *#06# on your phone keypad or looking in your phone's settings.
For eSIM customers
After activating online, follow these steps to get Lively services on your phone.
Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi
Make sure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Scan the QR code
Open your phone's camera and point it at the QR code. When the link appears, tap it to activate Lively service on your phone.
Step 3: Download the Lively app
The Lively app gives you easy access to your services. After installing the app, Preferred Plan customers should add the Urgent Response widget to the phone's home screen for fast help in emergencies.
