Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. You can keep your existing number and port it to Lively.

How can the caregiver manage contacts and settings?
Through the RAZ Care app, caregivers can add, edit, or delete contacts, and manage all settings of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone from their own smartphone. The app is available for iPhone and Android.

Is there a monthly fee to use the RAZ Memory Cell Phone?
No. There is no monthly fee beyond your Lively wireless service plan.

How many contacts can the user have?
The phone displays up to 6 contacts on the home screen, but you can add up to 50. To add more than 6, go to Contacts in the RAZ Care app and select "More Contacts."

Can the user dial calls with a keypad?
Yes. In Settings, the caregiver can enable a regular keypad, which will then appear as a button at the bottom of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone's screen. Tapping it brings up the keypad.

Can apps, such as Facebook or Google Maps, be installed?
No. The RAZ Memory Cell Phone is primarily for communication. Apps, such as Facebook, Google Maps, and others, are not available
