The perfect cell phone for seniors with dementia, cognitive decline, stroke, vision loss, hand tremors, or those who are tech averse. The RAZ Memory Cell Phone has no complicated menus, apps, or notifications. To make a call, the user simply taps and holds the picture of the contact they want to reach.  

From your own smartphone, you as a caregiver can manage all features of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone, including adding and editing contacts, changing settings, and checking the phone's location, signal strength and battery power. 

Please Note: You cannot install mobile applications on the phone, such as Facebook or Google Maps. 

Video calls: Video call your senior with the RAZ Care app. Only selected contacts can place video calls, not the senior. 

Manage battery charging: Track the battery power and receive a text message when it's low. You can set a reminder for your senior to charge the phone, and they get visual and audio confirmation when the phone is charging.  

Block scam calls: You can limit calls to contacts and approved numbers only, eliminating any unwanted incoming calls.  

Text messaging: Super-large text, big buttons and speech-to-text option. Manage all the settings and control who can text your senior, and who they can text. 

Loudspeaker mode and auto-answer: With the loudspeaker mode, calls go automatically to the phone's speaker. When Auto-answer is enabled, the phone answers automatically after a few rings and goes to speaker.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.   If you have activated your device we will refund the activation fee, the first month's service charge, the cost of the phone/device, plus applicable taxes, less the restocking fee, if you:

  • Have not exceeded any Phone Usage Limitation (defined below); and
  • Return the phone/device in "like new" condition, as determined by Lively, in the original box with all components and materials

Common Questions

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. You can keep your existing number and port it to Lively.

How can the caregiver manage contacts and settings?

Through the RAZ Care app, caregivers can add, edit or delete contacts, and manage all settings of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone from their own smartphone. The app is available for iPhone and Android.

Is there a monthly fee to use the RAZ Memory Cell Phone?

No. There is no monthly fee beyond your Lively wireless service plan.



How many contacts can the user have?

The phone displays up to six contacts on the home screen, but you can add up to 50. To add more than six, go to Contacts in the RAZ Care app and select "More Contacts."

Can the user dial calls with a keypad?

Yes. In Settings, the caregiver can enable a regular keypad, which will then appear as a button at the bottom of the RAZ Memory Cell Phone's screen. Tapping it brings up the keypad.

Can apps, such as Facebook or Google Maps, be installed?

No. The RAZ Memory Cell Phone is primarily for communication. Apps, such as Facebook, Google Maps, etc., are not available.
