Yes, you can keep your current phone number when you switch to Lively from another wireless provider. When you transfer your service, you’ll have the option to move (or “port”) your existing number to your new Lively phone. Phone number availability depends on approval from your current carrier and number eligibility.
If you purchase your phone on lively.com, you’ll receive instructions to complete the transfer during checkout. If you purchase in a retail store, you can complete the transfer during activation. Once the transfer is complete, you’ll be able to use your phone with your existing number.
